By downloading, installing, or using the Procrastination Insult Timer app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

Roasts and Insults: The App provides humorous, sarcastic content ("roasts") intended as motivational humor. This content is:

• Not meant to be taken seriously or literally
• Designed for entertainment and motivation purposes
• May contain sarcasm and dark humor

Disclaimer: By using this App, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the content and agree not to hold us liable for any emotional distress or offense taken from the roasts.

If you are sensitive to sarcastic or critical humor, this App may not be suitable for you.

Free Trial: The Weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. You will be charged $0.99/week after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Subscription Plans:

• Weekly: $0.99/week (3-day free trial)
• Yearly: $19.99/year (no trial, charged immediately)
• Lifetime: $29.99 one-time payment (no recurring charges)

Payment: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

The free version of the App includes:

• 5 and 10 minute timers only
• Random roast pack only
• One session per day

Premium features require an active subscription or lifetime purchase.

All content in the App, including roasts, designs, graphics, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App
• Loss of productivity (ironically)
• Emotional distress from roast content
• Technical issues or interruptions in service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
