How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Procrastination Insult Timer"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

To restore your premium access:

  1. Open the app on your new device
  2. Go to the Premium screen
  3. Tap "RESTORE" at the bottom
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase

Your premium features will be restored automatically.

I'm not receiving daily reminder notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled:

  1. Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications
  2. Find "Procrastination Insult Timer"
  3. Enable "Allow Notifications"
  4. In the app, toggle "Daily roast reminder" on
  5. Set your preferred time

The timer keeps running in the background. Is that normal?

Yes! The app is designed to keep your timer running even when:

  • Your screen is locked
  • You switch to another app
  • Your phone goes to sleep

This ensures you can't escape the roasts by minimizing the app. You're welcome.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Procrastination Insult Timer purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"
  5. Choose your reason and submit

Apple will review your request and respond within a few days.

What's the difference between the roast packs?

  • Random: General motivational roasts (FREE)
  • Sassy: Extra sarcastic and attitude-filled (PREMIUM)
  • Dark: Darker humor, more brutal (PREMIUM)

All packs have 150-200+ unique roasts to keep things fresh.

Can I add my own roasts?

Not currently, but we're considering it for a future update. If you have roast suggestions, send them to us at app@ideang.se

The app crashed or has a bug
